MH Real Estate (mhrealestate.ae) is Murtaza Hashmi’s Dubai firm. Three pillars: brokerage for buyers and investors, fit-out for homes and commercial space, and development — villas, townhouses, and apartments. Rashid Khan is the brand ambassador. Listings and enquiries sit on the same site.

The MH monogram was stronger than the digital path. Listings were posted and lost. Buyers could not tell brokerage from the group from the developer. There was no single place to book a viewing.
What we ran
One site, one Google Business, one Instagram, one WhatsApp path. Search terms split so MH Real Estate, MH Group, and MH Developers do not eat each other. Weekly listing ads. English and Arabic.
