Islam needed viewing leads, not comments. Property ads in Dubai are noisy. Most of them send tourists to a form. IFG needed people who would pick up WhatsApp and book a viewing.
What we ran
We ran Meta and Google around live listings and areas, not a generic ‘luxury Dubai’ line. Every ad pointed at WhatsApp with the unit already named. Creative showed the home. Copy stayed short. We cut anything that brought tyre-kickers.
How it works now
Islam’s own review: he closed many deals from the leads. IFG still runs that path — listing, ad, WhatsApp, viewing. We do not pad the account with vanity reach.
