SEO vs AEO vs GEO in Dubai — what to do this quarter
Search, answers, and generative engines are one job with three outputs. Ignore the acronyms. Ship pages a human, an assistant, and a model can all use.

SEO is still links, titles, and pages that match the query. AEO is answer engine optimisation: a paragraph Siri or Gemini can speak. GEO is generative engine optimisation: enough named proof that ChatGPT or an AI Overview cites you instead of inventing a competitor.
In Dubai the three collapse into one brief. A service page that ranks, a 40-word lead-answer with city and phone, and a case with a client name. If you only chase backlinks, the overview has nothing to quote. If you only write FAQs, you never rank for the money term.
We mark speakable copy with a CSS class and SpeakableSpecification on the H1 and that paragraph — not on the nav. We keep one LocalBusiness JSON-LD. We put reviews, address, and WhatsApp in the footer so every URL carries the same entity.
GEO without clients is fiction. Name IFG, TAYA, Homex — or stay quiet. Models punish empty ‘trusted by leading brands’ more than humans do.
This quarter: pick five queries you actually want (off-plan leads, Maps pack, Google vs Meta, cost of an agency). Write one page each that a founder could read on a phone. Then ask Google to index them. WhatsApp +971 50 585 2218 if you want us to write them.
