Problems Dubai businesses face when hiring a marketing agency

Rise Dominate Marketing is a digital marketing agency in Business Bay, Dubai. +971 50 585 2218. The pain is not ‘finding an agency’. Dubai is full of them. The pain is signing the wrong one and finding out in month four, when the ads login is theirs and the leads are tourists.

The hiring checklist is the page. This note is the short version you can send a partner.

What actually goes wrong

A package at AED 3k that never splits media from fee. A guarantee of first page. Google Ads in their company login. A report of impressions. A WhatsApp that answers on Tuesday. A 12-month lock. A deck that is the same for a clinic and an off-plan launch.

None of that is a ‘learning phase’. It is a shop that cannot survive if you can leave.

Six questions

Who owns the ads accounts. Named clients in my industry I can message. What is a lead this week. Media vs fee on one invoice. Who answers Friday night. Can I leave after 30 days if the first leads are junk. If they stall, walk.

We run ads in your account. No markup. Audit in 3–5 days, no retainer required after. In-house vs agency cost. How to choose.
