Google Business Profile in Dubai 2026: the levers that still move calls
Categories, photos from the real office, Q&A, WhatsApp, and owner replies. The stuff agencies skip when they sell you a ‘citation blast’.

A Dubai Google Business Profile is a landing page you do not have to design. Most of them are empty: one stock photo, no services, hours that say ‘closed’ on Friday when the team is on WhatsApp.
Primary category first. ‘Marketing agency’ is not the same as ‘Internet marketing service’. Secondary categories for SEO, advertising, and real estate marketing if that is the work. Services should match the site, including Arabic where you actually serve Arabic searchers.
Photos: the office, the team, the work — not a licensed skyline. Cover photo and logo that match the site. Products or services with prices only if they are real.
Q&A: seed the questions people ask (‘Do you work remotely?’, ‘Do you do off-plan leads?’). Owner replies on reviews within a day, with the city name once, not a paragraph of keywords.
Link the profile to rdmuae.com, not a Facebook page. UTM the website button if you want Analytics to show Maps traffic. Then leave the profile alone except for weekly photos and replies.
